摘要
作为马克思主义政治经济学的重要概念,资本具有与土地、劳动力、技术、知识、管理、数据等生产要素相同的基本属性,在生产过程中通过联结各种生产要素发挥其“桥梁”“纽带”“黏合剂”的功能,能够极大地提高生产效率,促进社会生产力的发展;同时,资本的逐利性容易导致其无序扩张,对社会可持续发展造成不良影响。首先对资本的本质与特征进行了批判性反思,分别从生产、分配、流通和消费四个环节深刻探讨资本的二重性;进而探讨在社会主义市场经济条件下,资本特性的理论超越;同时,提出资本在我国经济运行中存在的诸多问题;最后指出规范和引导资本健康有序发展,必须赋予其合法权利,增加其运行效能,形成多元化资本结构体系,这样有助于实现我国高质量发展和共同富裕的最终目标,保障国家安全和社会稳定。
As an important concept of Marxian political economics,capital has the same basic attributes as production factors such as land,labor,technology,knowledge,management,data,etc.,in the process of production,the function of“Bridge”“Bond”and“Adhesive”can be brought into play by connecting various factors of production,which can greatly improve production efficiency and promote the development of social productive forces,the profit-seeking nature of capital is easy to lead to its disorderly expansion,which has a negative impact on the sustainable development of society.This paper first critically reflects on the nature and characteristics of capital,and probes into the duality of capital from four aspects of production,distribution,circulation and consumption,and then explores the Socialist market economy At the same time,it points out that there are many problems in the operation of our country's economy,and finally points out that it is necessary to give the capital legal rights and increase its operation efficiency in order to regulate and guide its healthy and orderly development,the formation of a diversified capital structure system is conducive to achieving the ultimate goal of high-quality development and common prosperity in our country and ensuring national security and social stability.
