摘要
价值理想、师德人格、职责使命、治学实践、爱岗敬业和职业发展共同构筑起教育家精神的科学内涵,为思政课教师发展指明了方向,提供了理论指导和行动指南。基于此,提出从坚定教育报国理想信念,心怀“国之大者”勇担当;注重内省慎独和榜样示范,不断塑造高尚的师德人格;践行学生中心的职责理念,提升育人能力和教育智慧;履行培根铸魂的庄严使命,凝聚改革创新的价值共识;保持乐教爱生的敬业态度,谨守家国情怀和仁爱之心;促进思政课教师专业发展,培养思政课领域大国良师六个方面探究高校思政课教师职业发展路径,以此提升思政课教师综合素养。
Educators spirit involves value and ideal,teachers'ethics and personality,duty and mission,academic practice and dedication,and career development,which works as theoretical and practical guidance to teachers development for ideological and political courses.This paper aimed to explore the development path toward the training of well-qualified ideological and political teachers in the new era that focuses on such six aspects as fostering the ideal and belief of serving the nation in education to shoulder the responsibility of national significance,valuing introspection and prudence and exemplary demonstration to shape teachers'lofty moral personality,fulfilling the student-centered accountability for smart and quality education,performing the sacred missions of cultivating the souls for the value consensus of reform and innovation,nourishing great patriotism and devotion in a caring and benevolent way,and cultivating high-profile ideological and political faculty for the country.
