摘要
大学生作为建设祖国的中坚力量,需要具备坚定理想信念和健全的人格。当前大学生正处于社会快速发展阶段,面对的心理压力相对较大,过度的心理压力会影响他们的健康成长,不利于高校发挥立德树人的作用。主要介绍了高校思政教育与心理教育的契合点,分析了高校思政教育与心理健康教育结合的价值,探索了高校思政教育与心理健康教育结合机制构建的路径。
As the backbone of the construction of the motherland,college students need to have firm ideals and convictions and a sound personality.At present,college students are in the stage of rapid social development,and the psychological pressure they face is relatively large,and excessive psychological pressure will affect their healthy growth,which is not conducive to the role of colleges and universities in cultivating people with virtue.This paper mainly introduces the convergence point between ideological and political education and psychological education in colleges and universities,analyzes the value of combining ideological and political education and mental health education in colleges and universities,and explores the path of combining ideological and political education and mental health education in colleges and universities.
