摘要
目的探讨寿胎丸加减内服联合保胎膏外敷治疗早期先兆流产肾虚证的临床疗效。方法90例早期先兆流产病人均来自医院2021年6月—2022年6月收治的病例,根据数字表法随机分入对照组与治疗组,每组均45例。对照组患者给予西医常规干预措施;治疗组患者于对照组的基础上给予寿胎丸加减内服联合保胎膏外敷治疗。两组的疗效均为治疗2周。比较两组腰酸、腹痛的缓解时间及血止时间以及肾虚证症状评分、临床疗效、血清性激素指标水平。结果治疗组患者腰酸、腹痛的缓解时间及血止时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.01);治疗结束后,治疗组患者的肾虚证症状评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组患者的总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组73.33%(P<0.05);治疗结束后,治疗组血清孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E_(2))、特异性人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论于西医常规干预措施的基础上,对早期先兆流产肾虚证患者采取寿胎丸加减内服联合保胎膏外敷治疗有助于患者症状的缓解和中医证候的改善,增加治疗效果,以及提高性激素水平。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Modifi Shoutai Pill(寿胎丸加减)combined with external application of Baotai Cream(保胎膏)in the treatment of early threatened abortion with syndrome of kidney deficiency.Methods Ninety early threatened abortion patients were all from the hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 and randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 45 cases in each group according to the number table method.The control group was given conventional western medicine intervention and those in the treatment group were given with Modified Shoutai Pill combined with external application of Baotai Cream on the basis of the control group.The efficacy of both groups was 2 weeks after treatment.The relief time and blood stopping time of lumbar acid and abdominal pain,symptom scores of syndrome of kidney deficiency,the clinical efficacy and the levels of sex hormone indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The relief time and blood stopping time of lumbar acid and abdominal pain in treatment group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the symptom scores of kidney deficiency syndrome in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.33%,P<0.05).After the treatment,the serum levels of progesterone(P),estradiol(E_(2))and specific human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion On the basis of the conventional intervention measures in western medicine,Modified Shoutai Pill combined with external application of Baotai Cream in the treatment of early threatened abortion with kidney deficiency syndrome is helpful to alleviate the symptoms of patients and improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,increase the therapeutic effect and improve the levels of sex hormones.
