摘要
仓廪实则知礼节,仓廪实则天下安。习近平总书记高度重视粮食安全,从战略高度明确提出要树立大食物观,从更好满足人民美好生活需要出发,由“吃得饱”向“吃得好”“吃得安全”“吃得健康”转变。黑龙江省作为农业大省和粮食主产区在践行大食物观“先行地”方面具有天然优势与条件,辩证分析“新农人”作为农业的新细胞与新业态,在打造践行大食物观“先行地”中的重要意义以及其具有的优势与需要面对的挑战,进而探索“新农人”打造践行大食物观“先行地”、保障粮食安全的科学路径,进一步推进黑龙江省农业现代化,推动黑龙江省农业对高质量、美味、安全食品的生产和推广,提高黑龙江省农业产业整体素质和竞争力。
If the granary is abundant,people will pay attention to etiquette;if the granary is rich,the whole world will be peaceful.General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to food security,and clearly proposes to establish a great food concept from a strategic perspective,starting from better meeting the needs of the people for a better life,from"eating enough"to"eating well","eating safe food"and"eating healthy food".As a major agricultural province and grain producing area,Heilongjiang Province has natural advantages and conditions in practicing the"pioneer zone"of the great food concept.Dialectic analyzes the significance of new farmers,as new cells and new forms of agriculture,in building the"pioneer zone"of the great food concept as well as its advantages and challenges to be faced.Further,it explores the scientific path for new farmers to build a"first step"to practice the great food concept and ensure food security,further promotes agricultural modernization in Heilongjiang Province,promotes the production and promotion of high-quality,delicious and safe food in Heilongjiang Province,and improves the overall quality and competitiveness of the agricultural industry in Heilongjiang Province.
