摘要
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,旅游文化产业的深度开发越来越受到重视。黑龙江省冰雪旅游产业要想在市场竞争中保持领先地位,必须重视冰雪旅游文化的深度开发。经研究发现,当前还存在地域优势不明显、人力资源不足、管理水平低、管理模式不完善、文化特色不突出、缺乏市场竞争力等问题。针对这些问题提出:发挥地域优势,打造特色文化产品、加强人才培养、完善冰雪旅游产业管理模式、发掘文化特色、提高市场竞争力等可行性开发策略。以此,助推黑龙江省冰雪旅游持续健康发展,为其旅游产业发展提供新动力。
With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,more and more attention has been paid to the in-depth development of cultural tourism industry. In order to maintain a leading position in the market competition,ice and snow tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province must pay attention to the in-depth development of ice and snow tourism culture. It is found that there are still some problems,such as not obvious regional advantages,insufficient human resources,low management level,imperfect management mode,not prominent cultural characteristics,lack of market competitiveness and so on. For these problems,the feasible development strategies are put forward,such as giving full play to regional advantages,creating characteristic cultural products,strengthening talent training,perfecting the management mode of ice and snow tourism industry,exploring cultural characteristics and improving market competitiveness. Therefore,it will boost the sustainable and healthy development of snow and ice tourism in Heilongjiang Province and provide new impetus for the development of its tourism industry.
