“互联网+”时代企业培训模式研究

摘要 在“互联网+”时代,企业系统化人员培训需以各种网络化教学手段为基础,并结合财务、人力资源、信息共享中心的后台数据库,通过建立围绕企业组织结构和部门业务方向的培训管理体系,组织并实施相关的专业培训,旨在创新网络化企业培训内容、培训方式以及流程。在此基础上,深化培训的就业导向和产业实践应用导向,进一步提升企业职工的专业技能、产业运营与管理能力。 In the era of"Internet+",enterprise systematic personnel training needs to be based on various networked teaching methods,combined with the backstage database of finance,human resources and information sharing center,organize and implement relevant professional training by establishing a training management system around the enterprise organizational structure and department business direction,aiming at innovating the training content,training methods and processes of networked enterprises.On this basis,deepen the employment orientation and industrial practice application orientation of training,further enhance the professional skills,industrial operation and management capabilities of enterprise employees.
