女性参与高管团队对企业创新绩效的影响——来自中国中小板上市公司的实证分析 被引量:32

摘要 以发明专利授权数量作为企业创新绩效的测度指标,以中国2010-2012年中小板上市公司面板数据为研究样本,采用负二项回归分析方法对女性参与高管团队对企业创新绩效的影响进行了实证分析。结果表明:女性参与高管团队显著提升了企业创新绩效;女性高管的人力资本和社会资本作为调节变量,显著提升了女性参与高管团队对企业创新绩效的边际贡献。最后,针对进一步实现企业高管团队性别多样化、提升企业创新绩效提出了对策建议。
