摘要
虚拟现实技术的快速进步使元宇宙中的知识与信息形式发生了变化,给企业创新知识管理带来了新的机会与挑战。文章以元宇宙为视角,结合SECI模型深入探讨了企业创新知识管理的应用场景、逻辑和框架,为实现企业创新提供了理论支持。其中,提出了包括虚拟社交空间构建、情景化知识构建、虚拟协同创新、情景化学习与培训在内的创新模式,同时从技术支持、虚拟环境、数据层、基础设施层及功能模块等5个层面对运行架构进行了设计,并提出了相应的实施对策。
The rapid progress of virtual reality technology has brought about changes in the form of knowledge and information in the Metaverse,bringing new opportunities and challenges to innovative knowledge management in enterprises.This article takes the Metaverse as the perspective and combines the SECI model to deeply explore the application scenarios,logic,and framework of enterprise innovation knowledge management,providing theoretical support for achieving enterprise innovation.Among them,innovative models including virtual social space construction,situational knowledge construction,virtual collaborative innovation,situational learning and training were proposed.The operational architecture was designed from five levels:technical support,virtual environment,data layer,infrastructure layer,and functional modules,and then the corresponding implementation strategies were proposed.
