摘要
结合联合国教科文组织大会提出和明确的“有质量的教育”的高等教育发展主题,随着全面质量管理的深入发展,梳理“新工科”内涵特征,深化“新工科”建设发展要求,并提出基于全面质量管理的新工科质量教育的重塑与创新,为提升新工科教育质量提出教学改革思路,并力图为探索发展适合中国实际的特色化工程教育质量理论提供借鉴。
With the development of total quality management(TQM),the research combs the connotation and characteristics of"New engineering"with the theme of"Quality Education"proposed and clarified by the United Nations Educational,Scientific and Cultural Organization,deepens requirements of the construction and development of"New engineering",and put forward the reconstruction and innovation of new engineering quality education based on total quality management.This paper proposes teaching reform ideas to improve the quality of new engineering education,and strives to provide reference for exploring and developing characteristic engineering quality education theories suitable for China.
