摘要
织物中的有害芳香胺会对人体造成危害,大多来源于织物染整加工过程中使用的染化料。控制染料的有害芳香胺可以保证织物质量。织物印染用染料有害芳香胺能力验证通过GB196012013《染料产品中23种有害芳香胺的限量及测定》进行检测。采用单因子方差分析法检验样品间的均匀性,采用t检验法检验样品的稳定性。使用稳健统计方法中位值和标准化四分位距法进行评价。结果表明,满意结果的实验室占比为85.7%,有问题结果的实验室占比为14.3%。
The harmful aromatic amines in fabrics can cause harm to human body,most of which come from the dyes used in the dyeing and finishing process of fabrics.Controlling dyes with harmful aromatic amines can be done from controlling fabric quality.The proficiency testing of harmful aromatic amines of dyes used for fabric printing and dyeing was verified by GB 19601-2013"Limit and Determination of 23 harmful Aromatic amines in Dye Products".Single factor ANOVA was used to test the uniformity of the samples,and t test was used to test the stability of the samples.Median value of robust statistical method and standardized interquartile distance method were used for evaluation.The results showed that 85.7%of the laboratories with satisfactory results and 14.3%with questionableresults.
