摘要
目的 研究说明生物反馈电刺激与延续护理联合干预对全子宫切除术后预后疗效。方法 筛选在2022年2—11月期间,就诊于本院妇产科并实施全子宫切除术患者60例作为研究对象,依据术后干预措施不同均等分为两组,其中对照组30例采取常规生物反馈电刺激干预联合常规出院指导,观察组30例在对照组基础上给予延续护理联合干预,比较两组护理的盆底功能恢复情况、情绪状态以及日常生活质量改善情况。结果 出院后3个月,观察组在盆底肌收缩压力、收缩持续时间等方面与对照组比较更优(均P <0.05);观察组在SAS、SDS评分等情绪方面评分均低于对照组(均P <0.05);观察组GSES、ESCA评分以及GQOLI-74各项评分均高于对照组(均P <0.05)。结论 全子宫切除手术患者在术后采取生物反馈电刺激联合延续护理措施,在改善盆底肌功能、提高自我效能和自护能力等方面取得理想疗效,同时缓解患者消极情绪,提升术后生活质量。
Objective To study the prognosis of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with continuous nursing intervention after total hysterectomy.Methods Screening in the period of February to November 2022,consultation in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology department and the implementation of total hysterectomy patients 60 cases as research subjects,according to the different postoperative interventions are divided into two groups,of which 30 cases in the control group to take conventional biofeedback electrical stimulation intervention combined with conventional discharge guidance,30 cases in the observation group in the control group based on the continuation of nursing care combined interventions,compare the two groups of nursing pelvic floor function recovery,emotional state and quality of daily life improvement.Results Three months after discharge,the observation group was better than the control group in terms of pelvic floor muscle contraction pressure and contraction duration(all P<0.05);the observation group had lower scores than the control group in terms of emotional aspects such as SAS and SDS scores(all P<0.05);GSES and ESCA scores as well as all GQOLI-74 scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with continuity of care measures in total hysterectomy patients in the postoperative period has achieved ideal efficacy in improving pelvic floor muscle function,self-efficacy and self-care,and alleviating patients'negative emotions and enhancing postoperative quality of life.
