摘要
目的 分析艾普拉唑片联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗重症急性胰腺炎的效果及对胃肠黏膜屏障功能的影响.方法 以南华大学附属长沙中心医院2020年1月-12月期间收治的62例重症急性胰腺炎患者为此次研究对象,并以治疗方案分为常规组(31例,艾普拉唑片治疗)和观察组(31例,艾普拉唑片联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗),对比分析两组患者的治疗有效率、治疗前后的炎症因子、胃肠黏膜屏障功能及不良反应发生率.结果 ①观察组患者的治疗有效率显著高于常规组(P<0.05),两组患者用药期间的不良反应发生率对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);②治疗后观察组患者的MLT、GAS显著高于常规组(P<0.05),NO、OPN、NF-κB、CRP、IL-17、PGI、PGII均显著低于常规组(P<0.05).结论 以艾普拉唑片联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗重症急性胰腺炎,可取得安全高效的理想疗效.
Objective To analyze the effects of Iprazole tablets combined with bifidobacterium tetrad viable tablets in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis and the effects on gastrointestinal mucosal barrier function.Method Sixty-two patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from January to December in 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study,and were divided into conventional group(31 cases treated with iprrazole tablets)and observation group(31 cases treated with prrazole tablets combined with bifidobacter tetracidum tablets)according to the treatment regimen.The therapeutic effectiveness,inflammatory factors,gastrointestinal mucosal barrier function and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Resul ts The effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in conventional group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).@After treatment,MLT and GAS in observation group were significantly higher than those in conventional group(P<0.05),while NO,OPN,NF-k B,CRP,IL-17,PGI and PGII in observation group were significantly lower than those in conventional group(P<0.05).Conc lusion It is safe and effective to treat severe acute pancreatitis with Iprazole tablets combined with bifidohacterium tetrad tablets.
