摘要
目的 分析产前血清游离雌三醇(uE3)、游离人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-hCG)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)水平与孕妇不良妊娠结局的相关性。方法 选择2022年1月至2023年1月本院200名孕妇,检测产前血清uE3、游离β-hCG、AFP水平,对患者进行随访,统计妊娠结局并据此分为两组,比较高风险妊娠结局组和低风险妊娠结局组孕妇的资料,分析产前血清uE3、游离β-hCG、AFP水平与孕妇高风险妊娠结局的相关性以及对高风险妊娠结局的评估价值。结果 高风险妊娠结局组uE3、AFP水平低于低风险妊娠结局组,游离β-hCG高于低风险妊娠结局组(均P <0.05);经Logistic回归分析结果显示,产前血清uE3、游离β-hCG、AFP水平与孕妇高风险妊娠结局发生有关(P <0.05);绘制ROC曲线图,结果显示,产前血清uE3、游离β-hCG、AFP水平评估孕妇高风险妊娠结局的AUC分别为0.729、0.753、0.765。结论 产前血清uE3、AFP低水平及游离β-hCG高水平与孕妇高风险妊娠结局有关,可作为预测因子预测不良妊娠结局的风险。
Objective To analyze the correlation between prenatal serum levels of free estriol(uE3),free human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG),alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)and adverse pregnancy outcomes.Methods 200 pregnant women in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected,and the levels of prenatal serum uE3,freeβ-hCG and AFP were detected.The patients were followed up,and the pregnancy outcomes were counted and divided into two groups.The data of pregnant women in high-risk pregnancy outcome group and low-risk pregnancy outcome group were compared,the correlation between prenatal serum uE3,freeβ-hCG and AFP levels and pregnant women's high-risk pregnancy outcome was analyzed,and the evaluation value of high-risk pregnancy outcomes.Results uE3 and AFP in high-risk pregnancy outcome group were lower than those in low-risk pregnancy outcome group,and freeβ-hCG was higher than that in low-risk pregnancy outcome group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that prenatal serum levels of uE3,freeβ-hCG and AFP were related to the occurrence of high-risk pregnancy outcomes(P<0.05).ROC curves were drawn,and the results showed that the AUC of prenatal serum uE3,freeβ-hCG and AFP levels in assessing high-risk pregnancy outcomes were 0.729,0.753 and 0.765,respectively,all of which had certain evaluation value.Conclusions Low levels of serum uE3 and AFP and high levels of freeβ-hCG are related to high risk pregnancy outcomes,and have certain evaluation value for the high-risk pregnancy outcome.
