摘要
打造行业产教融合共同体是加快推进现代职业教育体系建设改革的重要任务,也是促进职业教育服务地方经济和产业转型建设的重要抓手。当前,校企双方作为行业产教融合共同体建设的核心主体,在协同推进建设的过程中,产生了“产教两张皮”“校热企冷”等问题,严重影响了产教融合头雁效应的发挥。对此,在教育部明确要求的“共同体要将提升人才培养质量置于首要位置”的背景下,以校本实践为基础,从拓宽产教融合办学形态、发挥企业产教异质资源供给、政府牵头制定利益分配制度及加强数字化智慧平台建设等方面提出建设性意见,一体化推进行业产教融合共同体建设,发挥协同效应,立足行业,赋能产业,推动职业教育现代化建设,打造服务区域经济高质量发展的新动能。
Building an industry education integration community is an important task in deepening the construction and reform of the modern vocational education system,as well as an important strategic task for vocational education to serve the local economy and industrial transformation construction.Currently,as the core entities in the construction of an industry education integration community,both schools and enterprises have encountered problems such as"The disconnect between industry and education"and"Schools are active but enterprises are passive"in the process of collaborative promotion,seriously affecting the leading effect of industry education integration.In response to this,in the context of the clear requirement of the Ministry of Education that"the community should prioritize the improvement of talent training quality",based on the practice of our school,constructive suggestions are proposed from the aspects of expanding the form of industry education integration,promoting the heterogeneous resource supply of enterprise for industry education integration,establishing a benefit distribution system led by the government and enhancing the digitization intelligent platform construction in order to build a collaborative production-education supervision mechanism.These will promote the construction of industry education integration communities,leverage synergies,focus on industries,empower industries,promote the modernization of vocational education,and create new driving forces for high-quality development of regional economies.
