苏州地区深基坑轴力伺服系统对结构变形的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 文章以苏州地铁劳动路站基坑工程为例,介绍了轴力伺服系统的布置形式,通过对比分析钢支撑采用伺服系统的侧移数据,研究了轴力伺服系统对结构变形的影响。结果表明:应用轴力伺服系统可有效控制基坑围护墙侧移发展;采用轴力伺服系统后的变形量远远低于采用前,占比仅为总变形量的16%。若所有支撑均应用该系统,地下连续墙侧移量最大值可控制在18 mm以内。本研究对基坑工程设计和控制支护结构位移提供了参考。 In this paper,the layout of axial force servo system is introduced by taking the foundation pit project of Suzhou Laodonglu Station as an example,and the influence of axial force servo system on structural deformation is studied by comparing and analyzing the lateral displacement data of steel support using servo system.The results show that the application of axial force servo system can effectively control the lateral displacement development of foundation pit retaining wall.The deformation amount after adopting the axial force servo system is much lower than before,accounting for only 16%of the total deformation amount.If the system is applied to all supports,the maximum lateral displacement of the diaphragm wall can be controlled within 18 mm.This study provides a reference for the design of foundation pit engineering and the control of displacement of supporting structure.
