摘要
目的分析不同溶媒给苄星青霉素皮试结果带来的影响。方法选取2022.01-2022.12本院门诊需注射苄星青霉素的98例患者为研究对象,经随机数字表法分成实验组(加入生理盐水溶解配制后开展皮试)、对照组(加入灭菌注射用水溶解配制后开展皮试)分别包含49例,观察两组皮试液的苄星青霉素含量、皮试阳性率、疼痛程度以及不良反应出现情况。结果两组的溶液含量、苄星青霉素含量相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。实验组的皮试阳性率是16.33%低于对照组36.73%(P<0.05)。实验组的轻度疼痛比例为81.63%高于对照组36.73%(P<0.05),中度疼痛、重度疼痛比例为16.33%、2.04%低于对照组30.61%、32.65%(P<0.05)。实验组含局部疼痛或压痛、皮疹以及头晕等不良反应占比是4.08%低于对照组16.33%(P<0.05)。结论苄星青霉素作为一类常见广谱抗生素物,采取生理盐水取代灭菌注射用水当作溶媒配制皮试液,能减少皮试假阳性情况产生,减轻患者的疼痛感,减少不良反应出现,值得推广应用到临床。
Objective To analyze the effect of different solvents on the results of benzathine penicillin skin test.Methods Select 2022.01-2022.12 our outpatient 98 patients need benzathine penicillin as the study object,the random numerical table method divided into experimental group(add saline solution after skin test),control group(add sterilization injection water solution after skin test)respectively contains 49 cases,observe two groups of skin test benzathine penicillin content,skin test positive rate,pain degree and adverse reactions.Results of the two groupsSolution content,There was no significant difference in benzathine penicillin content(P>0.05).The positive rate of skin test in the experimental group was 16.33%lower than that in the control group by 36.73%(P<0.05).The proportion of mild pain was 81.63%higher than the control group 36.73%(P<0.05),and the proportion of moderate and severe pain was 16.33%and 2.04%was lower than the control group 30.61%and 32.65%(P<0.05).The proportion of adverse reactions such as local pain or tenderness,rash and dizziness was 4.08%lower than that of the control group by 16.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion Bendrostar penicillin,as a kind of common broad-spectrum antibiotic,is used as a solvent instead of sterilized injection water,which can reduce the generation of false positive skin test,reduce the pain of patients,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
