摘要
针对我国工程机械用液压缸可靠性水平较低,行业对液压缸可靠性试验方法及装置的研究与应用才刚刚起步,缺少专业人才及行业标准等问题。系统介绍了多种工程机械用液压缸可靠性试验方法及试验装置的技术发展和研究成果,同时根据每种试验方法与装置实际应用结果,分析了每种试验方法与装置的特点及适用的研发场景。希望对相关行业技术人员在产品研发、产品改进过程提供可靠性试验方法参考,推动行业技术进步。
In view of the low reliability level of hydraulic cylinder for construction machinery in our country,the research and application of hydraulic cylinder reliability test method and device in the industry has just started,and the problems such as lack of professional personnel and industry standards,etc..The reliability test method of hydraulic cylinder for construction machinery and the technical development and research results of the test device are introduced.It is hoped that the method of reliability test can provide reference and inspiration to the technical personnel in the process of product development and product improvement,and promote the technical progress of the industry.
