摘要
综述了近年来通过物理方法以及碱处理、化学偶联、接枝及纳米材料补强等方法改善植物纤维与不饱和树脂的相容性,提高植物纤维增强不饱和聚酯复合材料的界面粘结强度和力学性能的研究进展,还介绍了采用三维纺织结构技术制备植物纤维增强不饱和树脂复合材料以提高其力学性能的研究,并对植物纤维复合材料今后的研究发展方向作出展望。
The research progress in recent years on improving the compatibility between plant fibers and unsaturated resins and enhancing the interfacial bonding strength and mechanical properties of plant fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester composites by physical methods,alkali treatment,chemical coupling,grafing,and nanomaterial reinforcement were reviewed.The studies using three-dimensional textile structure technology to prepare plant fiber reinforced unsaturated resin composites to improve their mechanical properties were also introduced.The future research and development directions of plant fiber composite materials were prospected.
