摘要
深入探究当前国内三维纺织生产设备存在大量空白情况,设计了基于PLC的三维平板织机控制系统用以织造新型织物。分析了当前控制系统的组成,对该控制系统进行硬件设计,选择合理的电气元件搭建控制系统,再对软件进行设计,最后通过该控制系统的实际应用验证其可行性。结果表明,全自动运行状态下对于浅交弯联织物的最终织造效率达到120 mm/h以上。
This paper analyzes the current domestic three-dimensional textile production equipment exists in a large number of gaps,the design of PLC-based three-dimensional flat loom control system for weaving new fabrics.Briefly analyse the composition of the current control system,hardware design of the control system,choose reasonable electrical components to build the control system,and then design the software,and finally verify the feasibility of the control system through the practical application of the control system.The results show that the final weaving efficiency for shallow cross-linked fabrics under fully automatic operation reaches 120 mm/h or more.
