降低CFB锅炉SNCR脱硝工艺下引风机故障率措施分析

摘要 江苏徐矿综合利用发电有限公司2×330 MW CFB锅炉选用尿素—SNCR脱硝还原技术,以尿素为还原剂,布置在旋风分离器入口水平烟道处。脱硝反应产生的氨逃逸,形成硫酸氢铵易在引风机进风道、轮毂、叶片表面结晶,造成引风机动叶卡涩、风机振动大等问题。通过加装阻流密封、润滑叶柄及铜套旋转副等措施,可保障引风机长周期安全稳定运行。 The 2×330 MW CFB boiler of Jiangsu Xukuang Comprehensive Utilization Power Generation Co.,Ltd.adopted urea-SNCR denitrification reduction technology,using urea as the reducing agent,and was arranged at the horizontal flue at the inlet of the cyclone.The ammonia escape produced by the denitrification reaction formed ammonium bisulfate,which was easy to crystallize on the surface of the induced draft fan inlet,hub and blade,resulting in many problems such as jamming of the moving blades of the induced draft fan and large fan vibration.By installing anti flow seals,lubricating blade handles,and copper sleeve rotating pairs,measures can be taken to ensure the long-term safe and stable operation of the induced draft fan.
