摘要
公立医院作为重要的医疗机构,其内部存在大量的固定资产需要管理。因此,固定资产的全生命周期管理对医院的正常运营和提高医疗服务质量至关重要。文章旨在探讨公立医院固定资产全生命周期管理的关键要素,并提出一些优化思路,包括利用信息技术提高管理效率、优化工作流程、建立可持续更新机制以及增强员工固定资产管理能力等,以期助力公立医院管理效率长期稳步提高。
As an important medical institution,public hospitals have a large amount of fixed assets that need to be managed internal-ly.Therefore,the full lifecycle management of fixed assets is crucial for the normal operation of hospitals and the improvement of medical service quality.This article aims to explore the key elements of the full lifecycle management of fixed assets in public hospitals,and pro-pose some optimization ideas,including using information technology to improve management efficiency,optimizing workflow,establishing sustainable renewal mechanisms,and enhancing employees�fixed asset management capabilities,in order to assist in the long-term and steady improvement of public hospital management efficiency.
