摘要
核心素养主要指学生应具备的,能够适应终身发展和社会发展需要的必备品格和关键能力。核心素养发展与个体社会化发展相辅相成、相互促进,在这个过程中,个体社会化发展尤为重要。以社会化为视角,分析了核心素养的特征、培育核心素养对学生社会化的作用及实现路径。同时,培育学生核心素养是落实立德树人根本任务的一项重要举措,也是适应世界教育改革发展趋势、提升我国教育国际竞争力的迫切需要。
Key competencies mainly refer to the essential qualities and key abilities that students should possess to adapt to lifelong development and social development needs.The development of key competencies and individual socialization complement and promote each other,and in this process,individual socialization development is particularly important.From the perspective of socialization,the characteristics of key competencies,the role of cultivating key competencies in student socialization,and the implementation path were analyzed.At the same time,cultivating students key competencies is an important measure to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,and it is also an urgent need to adapt to the trend of global education reform and development,and enhance the international competitiveness of China s education.
