摘要
设备管理工作是企业确保设备有效运行,保障正常生产经营的重要手段。与其他行业相比,化工行业由于存在设备种类多、价值高、工况恶劣和可靠性要求高的特点,使化工行业设备管理工作面临巨大的挑战。现阶段,部分企业存在设备管理工作不到位的情况,导致设备不能高效运行,影响企业生产效益。为此,文章结合化工行业设备运行要求,对设备管理工作现状进行分析讨论,对设备管理手段在化工行业设备管理工作的应用进行阐述说明,并结合社会发展,对今后设备管理工作的发展趋势进行探讨。
Equipment management is an important means for enterprises to ensure the effective operation of equipment and guarantee normal production and operation.Compared with other industries,the chemical industry due to the existence of many types of equipment,high value,harsh working conditions and high reliability requirements of the characteristics of the chemical industry equipment management is facing a huge challenge.At this stage,some enterprises have equipment management work is not in place,resulting in equipment can not run efficiently,affecting the production efficiency of enterprises.For this reason,this paper combines the chemical industry equipment operation requirements,analyze and discuss the current situation of equipment management work,the application of equipment management tools in the chemical industry equipment management work to explain.And combined with social development,the future development trend of equipment management work to discuss.
