摘要
化工企业作为一个特殊的行业,其运行过程中需要大量的机械设备投入,如:换热器、泵阀、蒸馏塔等,这些设备和仪器精度高,日常管理和维护难度大,要求高。近年来,国内发生的重大安全事故中,化工企业占很大比例,特种设备管理不善是导致化工企业安全生产事故的重要因素。因此,进一步加强化工企业特种设备的管理是行业发展面临的共同任务。文章深入分析了化工企业特种设备管理中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决办法,以促进化工企业特种设备管理水平的提高,保障化工行业的安全运行。
As a special industry of chemical enterprises, its operation process needs a large number of mechanical equipment input,such as heat exchanger, pump valve, distillation tower, etc., these equipment and instruments precision, daily management and maintenance is difficult, high requirements. In recent years, chemical enterprises account for a large proportion of the major safety accidents that have occurred in China, and the inadequate management of special equipment is an important factor causing the safety production accidents of chemical enterprises. Therefore, in the new historical period, further strengthening the management of special equipment of chemical enterprises is a common task facing the development of the industry. This paper focuses on the management problems of special equipment management in chemical enterprises, deeply analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward corresponding solutions, in order to further promote the improvement of the special equipment management level in chemical enterprises, and escort the safe operation of the chemical industry.
