摘要
石油化工行业普遍存在易燃、易爆、中毒、窒息等诸多安全风险因素。在石油化工企业检修作业过程中,全过程安全受控是检修作业顺利完成的重要保证。文章首先介绍了石油化工行业的背景和检修作业的重要性,对石油化工企业检修作业过程中存在的安全风险进行了详述,其次从安全作业程序、事故预案、个人防护、安全培训、设备维护等几个方面,详细阐述了一系列安全管理措施,并对现有措施进行了讨论,提出了相关建议。
There are many safety risk factors such as inflammable,explosive,poisoning,suffocation and so on in the petrochemical industry.In the process of maintenance operation of petrochemical enterprises,the safety control of the whole process is an important guarantee for the smooth completion of maintenance operation.This paper first introduces the background of the petrochemical industry and the importance of maintenance operations,the petrochemical enterprise maintenance process of safety risks,and then from the safety procedures,accident plan,personal protection,safety training,equipment maintenance,elaborated on a series of safety management measures,and discusses the existing measures.
