脾酪氨酸激酶对恶性肿瘤的影响及其抑制剂的临床应用

摘要 恶性肿瘤是具有较大异型性的组织异常新生物,通常伴有侵袭和转移的特性,传统肿瘤减灭术配合放化疗易使其产生耐药性,导致肿瘤的复发、转移,患者预后差、生活质量低、死亡率高。肿瘤的发生发展与多种信号通路相关,对其中关键信号通路的研究有利于开发靶向药物,为癌症治疗提供新思路。
