摘要
以黄冈职业技术学院“一村多名大学生计划”现代农业技术专业核心课程蔬菜生产技术为例,根据“一村多名大学生”知识背景和岗位需求,在充分调研的基础上进行学情分析,认为新形势下传统的教学方法不利于学生对专业知识和技能的掌握,也难以实现乡村人才培养的目标,提出从课程教学内容与教学模式、教学方法、考核评价等方面进行改革及实践探索,其预期结果可为其他院校“一村多名大学生”和普通高职生的课程教学改革提供参考,以提高教学效果,保障人才培养质量。
Taking the core course of vegetable production technology in the“One Village Multiple College Students Plan”of Huanggang Polytechnic College as an example,based on the knowledge background and job requirements of“One Village Multiple College Students Plan”,and on the basis of thorough research and analysis,it is believed that under the new situation,traditional teaching methods are not conducive to students’mastery of professional knowledge and skills,and it is also difficult to achieve the goal of rural talent cultivation,then the paper puts forward reforms and practical explorations from the aspects of curriculum teaching content and teaching mode,teaching methods,assessment and evaluation.The expected results can provide reference for the curriculum teaching reform of“One Village Multiple College Students Plan”and curriculum reform for the ordinary vocational college students,in order to improve teaching effectiveness and ensure the quality of talent cultivation.
