电解水制氢制氧技术的研究与应用

摘要 在实现“双碳”目标过程中,氢氧能的发展备受关注。氧气的使用范围十分广泛。处理废水、烃类氧化、火箭推进剂及航空航天、医疗和潜水、供动物及人进行呼吸等方面均需要用氧。动物呼吸、燃烧和一切氧化过程(包括有机化合物的腐败)也都会消耗氧气。随着社会的不断发展,对制氧的要求也越来越高。传统制氧为冷冻空气中的氧,根据不同物质的挥发点提取氧。传统制氢为煤制氢、天然气制氢,都不够高效,工艺也复杂烦琐。西藏环创科技有限公司研制的电解水制氢制氧设备大大提高了制氢制氧工艺的一体化程度,使得制氢制氧变得高效、便捷。 In the process of achieving the“dual carbon”goal,the development of hydrogen and oxygen energy has attracted much attention.The use of oxygen is very extensive.Oxygen is required for wastewater treatment,hydrocarbon oxidation,rocket propellants,aerospace,medical and diving,as well as for animal and human respiration.Animal respiration,combustion,and all oxidation processes(including the decay of organic compounds)also consume oxygen.With the continuous development of society,the demand for oxygen production is also increasing.Traditional oxygen production involves extracting oxygen from frozen air based on the volatilization points of different substances.Traditional hydrogen production methods,such as coal based hydrogen production and natural gas based hydrogen production,are not efficient enough and the process is complex and cumbersome.The electrolytic water hydrogen and oxygen production equipment developed by Xizang Huanchuang Technology Co.,Ltd.has greatly improved the integration of hydrogen and oxygen production processes,making hydrogen and oxygen production efficient and convenient.
