摘要 在当代,低能耗、低污染及低排放是建筑工程施工的必然要求,同时也对其性能提出了更高的要求,如对环境友好、绿色和高效。暖通工程在绿色建筑中的运用是非常关键的一步,只有适时地转变高强度、高环境污染的施工方式,重视空调工程品质的提高,才能取得较好的节能和环境保护成效,促进企业的环保和节能。同时,在通风空调装置的安装过程中,要提高对有关施工的掌控程度,按照施工技术应用要求和通风空调装置的结构进行工程施工,确保建筑通风空调工程质量的提升。供热通风和空调工程施工水平已成为衡量施工部门资质的有效依据,为满足现阶段行业发展需求,施工团队需要进一步规范施工,严格依照建筑物施工方案与安装标准,严格制定现场施工管理策略,提升施工人员技术水平,确保各施工环节的科学性、合理性。 In today’s era,low energy consumption,low pollution and low emission are the inevitable requirements of construction engineering construction,but also put forward higher requirements for its performance,such as environmentally friendly,green and efficient.The application of HVAC engineering in green building is a very critical step.Only by timely changing the construction mode of high intensity and high environmental pollution,and paying attention to the improvement of air conditioning engineering quality,can we achieve better energy saving and environmental protection results,and promote the environmental protection and energy saving of enterprises.At the same time,in the installation process of ventilation and air conditioning equipment,it is necessary to improve the control degree of the relevant construction,and construction should be carried out according to the application requirements of construction technology and the structure of ventilation and air conditioning equipment,so as to ensure the improvement of the quality of building ventilation and air conditioning engineering.Heating ventilation and air conditioning engineering construction level is a measure of construction department qualification,to meet the demand of current industry development,the construction team needs to further standardize construction,in strict accordance with the building construction scheme and installation standards,strict site construction management strategy,improve the technical level of construction personnel,to ensure that the construction link is scientific and rationality.
