摘要
为探讨基于思维导图的示错演示+角色体验教学在护理操作实践教学中的应用价值,选取2023年来我院进行临床实践的60名实习护生作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30人。观察组采用基于思维导图的示错演示+角色体验教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法。教学完成后评价两组护生的操作考核成绩,1个月后评价两组护生对教学模式的满意度及临床带教教师对两组护生实习过程的满意度。实践表明,应用基于思维导图的示错演示+角色体验教学可以有效提高护生的操作技能、激发护生学习兴趣、提高护生对教学的满意度和人文关怀意识,教学效果显著。
To explore the application value of mind map based error demonstration and role experience teaching in nursing practice teaching,60 nursing interns who underwent clinical practice in our hospital since 2023 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 students in each group.The observation group adopted the teaching method of error demonstration based on mind map and role experience,while the control group adopted traditional teaching methods.After the teaching,to evaluate the operational assessment results of the two groups of nursing students.After one month,evaluate the satisfaction of the two groups of nursing students with the teaching model and the satisfaction of clinical internship tutor with the internship process of the two groups of nursing students.Practice has shown that the application of mind map based error demonstration and role experience teaching can effectively improve the operational skills of nursing students,stimulate their interest in learning,improve their satisfaction with teaching and humanistic care awareness,and achieve significant teaching results.
