Based on the perspective of One Health, human health, environmental health, and animal health are of great significance to the planning and design of community health environment.Although the relationship among people, environment and species has been mentioned in the existing landscape planning of the healthy community, the relationship among them has not been systematically studied. The landscape design system is also needed to provide support in the practice of healthy community construction.Based on the relationship among human, environment and animals in the concept of One Health, combined with ecosystem service, therapeutic landscape theory and horticultural therapy, the relationship among human health, environment health and species health is discussed.Through the deductive development of the three dimensions from the perspective of One Health, the constituent elements and contents of human health, environmental health and species health are summarized.A community health design framework based on human health needs is constructed. This paper proposes a healthy community design system based on three relational cliques involving human and interpersonal, human and environment, and human and species. One Health provides a systematic, integrated, and operational platform for the design of community health environment. In the future, attention should be paid to the design and use of various healing spaces under the healthy community system to enhance the health and well-being shared by community residents.
