摘要
0 引言天麻(Gastrodia elata Blume)属兰科(Orchidaceae),是一种异养型多年生草本植物,其种子需与萌发菌(Mycena osmundicola)共生,其生长依赖蜜环菌(Armillaria mellea)提供营养[1]。天麻为我国传统名贵中药材,药食两用。天麻块茎腐烂病是制约天麻规模化发展的瓶颈。依据天麻花、茎的颜色特征可将天麻划分为5种生态型:红天麻(G. elata f. elat)、绿天麻(G.elataf.viridis)。
Gastrodia elata is a perennial symbiotic heterotrophic herb of Orchidaceae,and it is an authentic medicinal and edible plant mainly produced in China.In 2021,tuber rot of G.elata seriously occurred in Yunnan province of China.To identify the causal agent of this disease,a fungus was isolated,and identified by morphological characterization and analyses of the nucleotide sequences of ITS-5.8S rDNA and RPB2(for RNA polymerase II second largest subunit).A pathogenicity test was performed to fulfill Koch's postulates,and the inoculated isolate was re-isolated from the infected tubers.The results showed that tuber rot on G.elata caused by Verticillium albo-atrum in China.This is the first report of orchidaceous species infected by V.albo-atrum,and the result is helpful for development of the effective control strategies and methods.
