摘要
目的:探讨思维导图指导下无缝隙护理在腹腔镜直肠癌根治术中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年6月至2021年12月,本院130例腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者,采用抽样法分为观察组和对照组,每组各65例。观察组应用思维导图指导下的无缝隙护理,对照组给予常规护理。观察比较2组焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)及疼痛等情况。结果:护理后观察组SAS、SDS、疼痛和癌因性疲乏程度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:思维导图指导下无缝隙护理能够减轻腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者心理负担、缓解术后切口痛感和癌因性疲乏程度,提升护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of mind mapping guided seamless nursing in laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer.Methods From June 2019 to December 2021,total 130 patients under-going laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer in our hospital were selected and divided into the obser-vation group and the control group by sampling method,with 65 cases in each group.The observation group was given mind mapping guided seamless nursing,while the control group was given routine nurs-ing.The anxiety(SAS),depression(SDS)and pain of the two groups were observed and compared.Re-sults The scores of SAS,SDS,pain and cancer-related fatigue degree in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind mapping guided seamless nursing can alleviate the psychological burden of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer,relieve post-operative incision pain and cancer-related fatigue,and improve nursing satisfaction.
