摘要
目的探讨快速康复外科护理措施在结直肠癌患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月于本院进行结直肠癌手术的患者80例,根据随机双盲法分组,每组40例,对照组围手术期应用常规护理措施,干预组围手术期应用快速康复外科护理措施,对比两组护理应用效果。结果干预组患者术后肛门排气时间(2.96±1.10)d、首次下床活动时间(1.47±0.85)d、尿管留置时间(1.75±1.14)d、首次排便时间(3.61±1.18)d、住院时间(7.42±1.20)d均明显短于对照组的(4.69±1.23)d、(3.16±0.64)d、(3.58±1.19)d、(5.52±1.57)d、(8.83±2.81)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组术后并发症发生率为2.50%,明显低于对照组的17.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.000,P=0.025);而护理后KPS评分(81.97±10.23)分、QOL-100评分(92.80±6.49)分,均明显高于对照组(75.06±7.15)分、(80.14±6.52)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科护理措施在结直肠癌患者围手术期具有显著的应用效果,可减轻手术对腹腔组织的损伤,积极促进胃肠功能恢复,能有效预防手术并发症,改善体力,提高生存质量。
Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing measures in perioperative period of patients with colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent colorectal cancer surgery in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into groups according to the random double-blind method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group applied routine nursing measures during the perioperative period and the intervention group applied rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing measures during the perioperative period.The nursing application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative anal exhaust time(2.96±1.10)d,the first ambulation time(1.47±0.85)d,the indwelling time of urinary catheter(1.75±1.14)d,the first defecation time(3.61±1.18)d and the hospital stay(7.42±1.20)d in the intervention group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(4.69±1.23)d,(3.16±0.64)d,(3.58±1.19)d,(5.52±1.57)d and(8.83±2.81)d,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the intervention group was 2.50%,which was significantly lower than 17.50%in the control group(χ^(2)=5.000,P=0.025).After nursing,KPS score(81.97±10.23)and QOL-100 score(92.80±6.49)were significantly higher than those in the control group(75.06±7.15)and(80.14±6.52)(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing measures have a significant application effect in the perioperative period of patients with colorectal cancer.It can reduce the injury of abdominal tissue,actively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,effectively prevent surgical complications,improve physical strength and improve the quality of life.
