摘要
目的探讨视频联合督导强化模式在结肠镜检查患者肠道准备中的应用效果。方法选择2023年6—8月本院消化内科收治的行结肠镜检查的114例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为实验组(56例)和对照组(58例)两组。实验组采取视频联合督导强化模式进行肠道准备指导;对照组采取常规健康教育模式进行宣教,两组患者均采用聚乙二醇电解质口服溶液(北京圣永制药有限公司)联合西甲硅油乳剂进行肠道准备。比较两组患者肠道准备质量。结果实验组干预后肠道准备质量、患者依从性、患者满意度较对照组更高,检查时间较对照组缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论视频联合督导强化教育模式对结肠镜检查患者肠道准备教育指导,有助于改善肠道准备质量、缩短插镜时间、改善患者依从性、提高患者满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the application effect of video combined with supervision enhancement mode in intestinal preparation for patients undergoing colonoscopy.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing colonoscopy who were admitted to the department of gastroenterology of our hospital from June 2023 to August 2023 were randomly selected as research subjects,and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,and 114 patients were finally enrolled in strict accordance with the inclusion and discharge standards,including 56 in the experimental group and 58 in the control group.The experimental group adopted the video combined with supervision reinforcement mode for intestinal preparation guidance.The control group adopted the conventional health education mode for education,and both groups of patients used polyethylene glycol electrolyte oral solution(Beijing Shengyong Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.)combined with simethicone emulsion for intestinal preparation.The quality of bowel preparation was compared between the two groups.Results The quality of intestinal preparation,patient compliance,and patient satisfaction were higher in the experimental group than in the control group,and the examination time was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The video combined with supervision intensive education model can help improve the quality of intestinal preparation,shorten the insertion time,improve patient compliance,and improve patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
