摘要
企业战略管理是工商管理类本科专业的核心课程,其课程特点是知识的系统性、综合性较高,旨在培养学生战略性思维,掌握战略管理的结构性方法,具备战略管理的基本技能、综合分析和应变能力。针对该课程传统授课模式下存在的“学时安排不足、学生课堂参与度较低、课程考核方式单一”的问题,课程建设团队及授课团队积极推进线上线下混合教学,并对教学效果进行研究。该文选取企业战略管理课程教学改革实践的真实数据,采用定性和定量相结合的方法,围绕网络支撑系统、教学资源、教师、学生四个评价对象,设计28个评价维度,通过对比分析传统教学模式与线上线下混合教学模式,探究该课程改革的教学效果,为企业战略管理教学改革提供实例依据,并为商科管理类课程线上线下混合教学效果的探究提供借鉴意义。
The course Corporate Strategic Management is a core undergraduate course in business administration,which features a high degree of systematic and comprehensive knowledge.The course aims to cultivate students'strategic thinking,provide them with a structural approach to strategic management,and develop their basic skills,comprehensive analytical skills,and resilience.The traditional teaching mode has problems such as insufficient class hours,low student participation in class,and a single course assessment method.To address these problems,the course construction team and teaching team actively promote online and offline blended learning,and conduct research on the effectiveness.This article collected real data from the teaching reform practice of the Corporate Strategic Management,using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,focusing on four evaluation objects-the network support system,teaching resources,teachers,and students-and designing 28 evaluation dimensions.Through comparative analysis of traditional mode and online and offline blended learning mode,this article explores the effectiveness of the course reform,providing practical case basis for the teaching reform of the course of Corporate Strategic Management,and offering reference significance for the exploration of online and offline blended learning effectiveness for business management courses.
