摘要
在新时代背景下,粗放型发展方式已经无法适应农业发展的需求,农业现代化要求坚持绿色发展理念,也亟须发展方式的转型与创新。通过构建计量回归模型与耦合协调度模型,运用湖北省各地市2010—2021年的数据开展实证研究,分析农业绿色转型与农业高质量发展现状,结果发现:湖北省各地市2010-2021年间绿色农业转型综合指数逐年升高,且上升趋势较大,但是市级差异依然存在;湖北省各地级市2010-2021年间农业质量不断提升,但也出现了极为显著的市级差异分化;农业绿色转型和高质量发展的耦合协调度由最初的发展失调逐步趋向协调,同时东西部的耦合协调程度也呈现出显著差异,西部地区要远远低于东部地区。研究结论对农业农村现代化和乡村振兴实践具有一定的指导意义。
In the context of the new era,the extensive development mode is no longer able to meet the needs of agricultural development.Agricultural modernization requires adhering to the concept of green development,and there is an urgent need for transformation and innovation in the development mode.By constructing an econometric regression model and a coupling coordination model,and using data from various cities in Hubei Province from 2010 to 2021,an empirical study is conducted to analyze the current status of green agricultural transformation and high-quality agricultural development.The results show that the comprehensive index of green agricultural transformation in various cities in Hubei Province increased year by year from 2010 to 2021,with a significant upward trend,but differences still exist at the city level.The agricultural quality of various cities in Hubei Province has been continuously improving from 2010 to 2021,but there has also been a significant differentiation at the city level.The coupling coordination degree between agricultural green transformation and high-quality development has gradually shifted from initial development imbalance to coordination,while the coupling coordination degree between the east and west also shows significant differences,with the western region being much lower than the eastern region.The research conclusion has certain guiding significance for the practice of agricultural and rural modernization and rural revitalization.
