本科护理专业开展领导力教学的范围综述

摘要 目的 对护理本科生领导力教学的目标、方法、内容、评价方式进行范围综述。方法 以Arksey和O’Malley的范围综述方法为框架,检索PubMed、EMBASE、Web of Science、EBSCO、CBM、CNKI、VIP、万方数据库。检索时限为建库至2023年6月5日。结果 共纳入19篇文献,其中17篇英文文献,2篇中文文献。国内外采用多种教学方法开展领导力教学,但领导力的教学内容与教学评价暂无统一标准,有待进一步研究。结论 领导力教学应制定统一的教学标准,将领导力教学融入本科护理核心课程中,探索具有中国特色的护理本科生领导力的教学策略。 Objective To summarize the objectives,methods,contents,and evaluation methods of leadership teaching for nursing undergraduates.Methods Based on the scope review method of Arksey and O'Malley,PubMed,EMBASE,Web of Science,EBSCO,CBM,CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang databases were searched,and the retrieval period was from the inception of databases to June 5,2023.Results A total of 19 literatures were included,including 17 in English and 2 in Chinese.A variety of teaching methods were used to carry out leadership teaching at home and abroad,but there was no unified standard for teaching content and teaching evaluation of leadership,which needed further research.Conclusions Leadership teaching should establish a unified teaching standard,integrate leadership teaching into the core curriculum of undergraduate nursing,and explore the teaching strategy of nursing undergraduate leadership with Chinese characteristics.
