摘要
职业本科教育旨在培养高层次技术技能人才。在职业本科教育的初始阶段会存在师资力量薄弱、教材建设滞后、教法运用单一等现象,严重制约职业本科教育的发展。在明确职业本科教育新“三教”改革的基本逻辑基础上,深化产教融合,探索“三教”改革实施路径:校企合作,搭建“三教”改革实施平台;校企双主体,推进职业本科属性的高水平教师队伍建设;进行教学资源建设,打造凸显职业本科特色的教材体系;推进“课堂革命”,进行教法创新改革。
Vocational undergraduate education aims to cultivate high-level technical and skilled talents.In the initial stage of vocational undergraduate education,the phenomena including weak teaching force,lagging teaching material construction and monotonic teaching methods may seriously restrict the development of vocational undergraduate education.Based on clarifying the basic logic of new Three Educations Reform in vocational undergraduate education,this paper proposes to deepen the integration of industry and education,and explores implementation paths of Three Educations Reform from the following aspects:building a platform for implementation of Three Educations Reform by school-enterprise cooperation;promoting the construction of high-level teachers with vocational undergraduate attributes by school-enterprise dual subjects;constructing teaching resources and creating a teaching material system that highlights characteristics of vocational undergraduates;promoting“classroom revolution”and carrying out innovative reform of teaching methods.
