摘要
减重手术在全球开展多年,经过不断的技术创新,已由最初的开放性手术方式逐渐发展为微创的减重手术。随着手术的广泛开展与普及,人们逐渐认识到手术的规范化程度将直接影响病人术后的减重效果及术后并发症的出现。因此,对手术操作细节的规范化、标准化受到了业界的高度重视并推出多部减重代谢外科临床指南来规范此类手术的开展。肥胖及相关代谢性疾病的外科治疗是一个不断发展和创新的领域,需要根据不同病人的情况和需求,选择合适的手术方式和技术,同时也要遵循一定的规范和标准,以保证手术的质量和效果,同时也要加强术后的管理和随访,以实现病人受益的最大化。
Bariatric surgery has been carried out all over the world for many years.With continuous technological innovation,it has gradually developed from an initial open single operation to a minimally invasive multiple combined operation.With the extensive development and popularization of surgery,people gradually realize that irregular surgical operation will directly affect the postoperative weight loss effect and postoperative complications.Therefore,the standardization of surgical operation details has been highly valued by this professional scholar and many clinical guidelines for bariatric and metabolic surgery have been introduced to standardize the development of such operations.The surgical treatment of obesity and related metabolic disorders is an evolving and innovative field that requires the selection of appropriate surgical methods and techniques based on individual patient conditions and needs.It is also essential to adhere to specific standards and guidelines to ensure the quality and efficacy of the procedures.Additionally,post-operative management and follow-up must be strengthened to maximize patient benefits.
