摘要
近年来,减重手术作为治疗糖尿病的方法逐渐得到国际医学界的承认并应用于临床,其手术适应证也在不断地修订。早期应用于临床时完全参照肥胖症的适应证治疗糖尿病,然后认为凡经过内科治疗效果不好或不能耐受的肥胖合并2型糖尿病病人均可考虑外科手术干预,而近期则认为超过正常体重的2型糖尿病病人均可进行外科手术治疗。目前,筛选适合手术治疗的2型糖尿病病人时不再以体重指数为重点,而以代谢紊乱综合征的治疗作为手术适应证及疗效判定的主要标准。
In recent years, bariatric surgery as a way to treat diabetes are gradually accepted by the international community and has been putted into clinic therapy, and the surgical indication is often revised and changed. Earliest clinical application of the operation was on the basis of the indication of obesity. Then the obesity patients with type 2 diabetes can be received surgical intervention when the medical therapy effect is unsatisfactory. Now patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus of more than normal weight can be performed surgical treatment. At present, indication for surgical treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients no longer focused on body mass index （BMI）, and the treatment of metabolic disorder syndrome has been received as the main standard of surgical indications and theranv outcome.
