摘要
标准是高校发展学生党员的关键,决定了大学生党员发展质量的高低。把“四个合格”标准与高校人才培养、大学生日常学习生活有机结合,细化考核内容,建立一套符合实际、行之有效的大学生党员发展质量评价体系。在大学生党员发展实操中,通过大学生党员发展质量评价体系的应用,广泛宣传,形成师生共识;精细管理,加强系统培养;持续跟踪,关注后期表现等实践策略的实施,选拔出符合标准的大学生党员,以此来保证大学生党员发展的公信力,促进大学生党员全面发展,发挥大学生党员发展的教育导向作用。
The standard is the key to the development of student Party members in colleges and universities,which determines the quality of the development of student Party members.We should combine the"four-qualification"standards with talent cultivation in universities and the daily study and life of college students,refine the assessment content,and establish a set of practical and effective quality evaluation system for the development of college Party members.In the practical practice of developing college student Party members,through the application of the quality evaluation system for college student Party member development,conducting extensive promotion to form a consensus between teachers and students;We should carry out fine management and strengthen systematic training,continuously track and pay attention to later performance,select college student Party members who meet the standards,in order to ensure the credibility of the development of college student Party members,promote the comprehensive development of college student Party members,and play an educational guiding role in the development of college student Party members.
