摘要
目的分析舒适护理对腰椎管狭窄患者术后护理效果与睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2020年3月—2022年4月本院骨科收治的50例腰椎管狭窄患者作为研究对象,使用双盲法随机分组,对照组25例使用常规护理方案,观察组25例实施舒适护理方案,比较两组患者疼痛感、睡眠质量、心理舒适度、满意度与并发症。结果观察组经过舒适护理后,VAS评分、PSQI评分降低,患者疼痛感减轻,睡眠质量良好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组,焦虑、抑郁心理得到显著改善(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组在术后并发症的对比中,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将舒适护理应用在腰椎管狭窄患者术后护理中,能够强化临床护理效果,不仅减轻患者疼痛感、提高睡眠质量,而且有利于缓解焦虑、抑郁心理,使得护理满意度提升。
Objective To analyze the effect of comfort nursing on postoperative nursing and sleep quality of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods 50 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis admitted to the Orthopedics Department of our hospital from March 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly assigned by double-blind method,25 patients in the control group used conventional nursing methods,and 25 patients in the observation group implemented comfort nursing programs,pain,sleep quality,psychological comfort,satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After comfort nursing,VAS score and PSQI score of observation group were decreased,pain sense was relieved,sleep quality was good,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the SAS scores and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the anxiety and depression were significantly improved(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comparison of postoperative complications between the observation group and the control group had little difference but no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of comfort nursing in the postoperative nursing of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis can strengthen the clinical nursing effect,not only reduce the pain of patients,improve sleep quality,but also help alleviate anxiety and depression,so as to improve the nursing satisfaction.
