O2O混合教学模式在医院药学带教工作中的应用探索 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过比较传统线下教学模式和O2O混合教学模式在带教某院实习药学学生中的差异,探索医院药房带教的工作开展模式的多样性和新媒体载体利用的高效性。方法以2020年10月—2022年8月到某院实习的药学相关专业实习学生34名为研究对象,试验组采用O2O混合教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,给予两组实习学生相同内容的教学,最终比较两组实习学生的教学成绩和教学满意度。结果试验组教学质量评价较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。“认为课程有很大收获并获得启发”的实习生人数占比47%,明显多于对照组12%。最终考核结果提示试验组教学成绩较对照组更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于O2O混合教学法进行教学辅导能够大大提升实习学生学习的积极性和成绩,医院药学带教也可以依托网络载体取得更好的教学成效。 Objective By comparing the differences between traditional offline teaching mode and O2O blended teaching mode in teaching pharmaceutical interns at a certain hospital,this study explores the diversity of teaching modes in hospital pharmacies and the efficiency of utilizing new media carriers.Methods A total of 34 pharmaceutical related internship students who interned at a certain hospital from October 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The experimental group were adopted O2O blended teaching mode,while the control group wre adopted traditional teaching mode.Two groups of internship students were given the same content of teaching.Finally,the teaching performance and satisfaction of the two groups of internship students were compared.Results The evaluation of teaching quality in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of interns who believed that the course has yielded great benefits and gained inspiration accounts for 47%,significantly higher than the control group of 12%.The final assessment result indicated that the teaching performance of the experimental group is better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Teaching guidance based on O2O blended teaching method can greatly improve the efficiency and performance of teaching internships.
