临床路径教学法在临床药学专业实习带教中的应用效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的 对在临床药学专业实习带教中应用临床路径教学法的效果进行观察。方法 选取2019年7月—2023年6月在本院实习的24名临床药学专业学生作为研究对象,其中2019年7月—2021年6月的12名学生作为对照组,2021年7月—2023年6月的12名学生作为观察组。观察组接受临床路径教学法,对照组接受传统教学方式。实习结束后,对两组实习生的基础理论知识考核成绩和临床药学职业技能考核成绩进行对比分析,同时采用问卷调查方式对教学效果进行调查。结果 结果观察组的基础理论知识考核成绩和临床药学职业技能考核成绩显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生对教学效果评价显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对临床药学专业实习生应用临床路径教学法具有良好的效果,能够显著加强实习生的理论知识和临床药学职业技能水平,提高他们的综合能力,并且能够明显提高临床教学满意度,值得在临床药学专业实习带教上推广应用。 Objective To observe the effect of clinical pathway teaching method in clinical pharmacy practice teaching.Methods Twenty-four students majoring in clinical pharmacy who practiced in our hospital were selected as the research objects(July 2019 to June 2023),among which 12 students from July 2019 to June 2021 were enrolled in the control group,and 12 students from July 2021 to June 2023 were in the observation group.The observation group received clinical pathway teaching method and the control group received traditional teaching methods.The application effects of the two groups were compared.After the practice,the examination results of basic theoretical knowledge and clinical pharmacy vocational skills of the two groups of interns were compared and analyzed,and the teaching effect was investigated by questionnaire.Results The scores of basic theoretical knowledge and clinical pharmacy vocational skills in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The evaluation of teaching effect in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of clinical pathway teaching method to clinical pharmacy interns has good results,it can significantly strengthen the interns'theoretical knowledge and clinical pharmacy vocational skills,improve their comprehensive ability,and can significantly improve the satisfaction on clinical teaching.It is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinical pharmacy practice teaching.
