摘要
我国城市化进程的不断推进对社会产生了许多不良影响,大量建筑废弃物的产生也导致了环境恶化。本文整合经济、环境与社会三方面因素,考虑了资源化企业及承包商的绿色技术和企业社会责任努力水平,建立了建筑二级可持续供应链模型。结果为资源化企业和承包商在四种不同的努力承担情形下的定价、绿色努力水平等决策提供了理论依据,揭示了当消费者对绿色敏感性及社会反应较低时,需要政府进行干预来激励资源化企业及承包商主动推动可持续供应链的发展。
The continuous advancement of urbanization in China has produced many adverse effects on the society,and the generation of large amounts of construction waste has also led to environmental deterioration.This paper integrates economic,environmental and social factors,considers the green technology and corporate social responsibility efforts of recycling enterprises and contractors,and establishes a dual building sustainable supply chain model.The results provide a theoretical basis for the pricing decisions and green efforts of recycling enterprises and contractors under four different efforts,and reveal that when consumers have low green sensitivity and social response,government intervention is needed to encourage recycling enterprises and contractors to take the initiative to promote the development of sustainable supply chain.
