摘要
目的:分析3D腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗结直肠癌的效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2023年6月江苏省常州市武进中医医院普外科收治的结直肠癌患者70例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组展开开腹手术治疗,观察组展开3D腹腔镜手术治疗。统计临床手术相关指标、术后恢复状况及术后肠梗阻发生率。结果:观察组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组肠梗阻总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.039)。结论:在结直肠癌手术治疗中采用3D腹腔镜手术,能提高临床疗效,减少术后肠梗阻发生,促进身体快速康复。
Objective:To analyze the effect of 3D laparoscopic surgery and laparotomy in the treatment of colorectal cancer.Meth⁃ods:Seventy cases of colorectal cancer patients admitted to the Department of General Surgery of Jiangsu Changzhou Wujin Hospi⁃tal of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divid⁃ed into the control group and the observation group,each with thirty-five cases.The control group was treated with laparotomy,and the observation group was treated with 3D laparoscopic surgery.Clinical operation-related indexes,postoperative recovery sta⁃tus and incidence of postoperative intestinal obstruction were counted.Results:Intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the operation time was shorter than that in the control group,with statistically signifi⁃cant differences(P<0.001);The time of anal exhaustion,the time of recovery of bowel sounds and the hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The total incidence of intestinal obstruction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P=0.039).Conclusion:The use of 3D laparoscopic surgery in the surgical treatment of colorectal cancer can im⁃prove clinical efficacy,reduce the occurrence of postoperative intestinal obstruction,and promote rapid physical recovery.
