基于“适应性”的高职教育协同育人路径研究——以苏州市域生物医药类专业为例

摘要 职业教育承担着直接服务经济社会发展的重要使命,通过输送技术技能人才,为我国经济社会发展提供有力支撑。然而“用工存缺口”与“就业有过剩”的矛盾深刻地反映出职业教育“适应性”存在问题。文章立足苏州产业发展现状,以苏州市域生物医药产业需求与专业人才培养现状为例,探讨基于“适应性”的高职教育协同育人路径研究。 Vocational education bears the important mission of directly serving economic and social development,providing strong support for China’s economic and social development by delivering technical and skilled talents.However,the contradiction between the shortage of employment and the surplus of employment deeply reflects the problem of“Adaptability”in vocational education.The article is based on the current situation of industrial development in Suzhou,taking the demand for the biopharmaceutical industry and the current situation of professional talent cultivation in Suzhou as an example,to explore the research on the collaborative education path of higher vocational education based on“Adaptability”.
