摘要
有组织科研逐渐成为高校科技创新和服务国家战略需求的重要组织形式。在有组织科研体制建设背景下,文章构建了以地方高校科研管理为适应主体,以科研提升路径为适应结果的科研管理适应性研究体系,分析了地方高校在科研管理机制、科研组织体系、科研绩效评价和科研保障措施等方面的适应性问题,并提出了相应的适应性发展路径和策略,以期为地方高校有组织科研高质量发展提供决策和建议。
Organized scientific research has gradually become an important organizational form for university scientific and technological innovation and serving national strategic needs.In the context of the construction of an organized scientific research system,this article constructs an adaptive research system for scientific research management in local universities,with scientific research management as the main body and scientific research improvement path as the adaptation result.It analyzes the adaptability issues of local universities in scientific research management mechanism,scientific research organization system,scientific research performance evaluation,and scientific research guarantee measures,and proposes corresponding adaptive development paths and strategies,to provide decision-making and suggestions for the high-quality development of organized scientific research in local universities.
